• USAGE

Commissioned work is not to be used commercially (sold). It may be used for personal purposes (eg. private physical merchandise), but cannot be used for profit purposes. The delivered work is also not to be used to train AI or for NFT/crypto projects. Commissions can be used on social platforms at will (eg. individual posts, profile pictures, etc), as long as credit is adequately and clearly provided. Unless explicitly requested otherwise, I may post and use the artwork for promotional purposes.

• ORDER & DELIVERY

At least one visual, non-AI-generated reference image must be provided when ordering a commission. An AI-generated reference image warrants immediate denial, but any commission request can be denied at my discretion for any reason.When the request has been accepted, the full payment must be provided upfront via Paypal invoice. Until the payment has been received, no progress will be made.Only a digital product is provided upon delivery; no physical product will be sent out. The artwork can, however, be printed by the commissioner for personal use under the USAGE terms.

• REVISIONS

If the commission has been paid for but not yet started, the character, pose, expression, mood, etc. expressed in the original request can all be changed, but are subject to denial. If/When progress on the commission has been made, it can no longer be changed, but exceptions can be made.Progress updates for each stage (if applicable) of the commission are provided by default, but can be requested at any time. Upon receiving an update, the commissioner is encouraged to communicate any desired revisions to avoid later dissatisfaction. Requests for significant changes after final delivery will be denied.
